Imbiah Lookout
Visited Sentosa today with a dear friend. This time round wasn't just plainly swimming and playing balls by the sandy beaches. We visited the Imbiah lookout. Thanks alot ya. I really enjoy to bits today. :-)
The first thing we did upon arriving the HarbourFront was to take the cable car. I could feel the thrill of riding high above the sea! It was a magnificient aerial views of lush rainforest and the harbour below. Star Cruise Virgo was just down beneath our cable car. The next thing we did was to take the Carlsberg Sky Tower. It was an awe-inspiring 360 degrees panoramic views of Singapore, Sentosa and the Southern Islands. Rather scenic and breathtaking despite those Singhs who makes alot of hisses in the tower. There was no peace. Just voices of them guessing which building was right below their eyes.
After that we proceed to the Butterfly Park & Insect Kingdom. Beautiful butterflies flutter around in the cool outdoor conservatory. I'm so overwhelmed by their attractive designs painted on their wings. Its quite funny seeing your friend trying to get the butterflies away from there. Haha. I just knew that butterflies feed on pear. Haha.
It was just a few minutes before the show to start at the Sentosa 4D Magix. It was a mind-blowing interactive experience! The theathre equipment and the visual effects, motion seats and "real" live environment effects mde my senses fully engagged. There was one part which was funny. Something jerk out from the bottom of our seats and tickle our toes! Haha. It made a small kid to break into tears cause he was terrified. Haha. Kesian... isk isk isk. :-)
Just the perfect time to have our lunch cum breakfast. So we had this local fare which serves piping hot pizzas and cool juices, Sarpino's Pizzas. Yummy! Hehe.
Then its time for some fun! Real Fun I mean! It was the Sentosa Luge ( Luge Cart features a unique steering and braking system ) I raced with this friend of mine and I was FIRST? Haha. We seems to be pretending its a vespa sehh. Isk! To get back to the starting point, we took a scenic treetop ride on the Chairlift. It seems I was somewhere in the Europe Region. If its happens that my slippers fell accidentally, thats it. Haha. :-)
Cam whore! yeah...posing like a model. I think he can be one?! Hehes. The best place is the Images Of Singapore. We didnt really care bout the key personalities who helped Singapore's past but we were anxiously taking super poses with those figurines. Seriously, so many things to posed with. Kinda funny laa.. Actually we are just making fun of those figurines and their Culture.. Aiseyy.. Haha.
We slipped on board the Blue Bus heading to The Underwater World. ExotiC! Haha. I wasn't referring to the fishes eventually. Those Jap girls. He know what Im referring to! We kept bumping those 6 girls throughout the whole day. He was so elated when one of the girls seek for his help to snap their pictures with the Jelly Fish. Aiseyy! Where are all those cool Jap guys?! Heheh. Too bad, U can't take a photo with any of them! Hehehehe.
If you have shy personality, I reckon Pink Dolphin suits you alot. When they matures, their skin colour changes from grey to pink. Cool right? My favourite was "Jumbo" from the Dolphin Lagoon. Hehehhe. I managed to hold its snub man! Wow... Feels like bringing "Jumbo" home? Can I?....Hehehehe.
The day was getting quite dark by then and we rush for the last red bus to go back to the Imbiah Lookout. We wanted to get up-close with The Merlion which the last entry was at 7.30. We took the yellow bus instead and had to drop off at another location. Gotten at the right queue but when the bus arrived, the Kiasu Indons just pushed us aback and get on board the bus. Leaving us from the queue and sadly we had to go to the Merlion by walking. Haha. But it was an experienced tho. We have to be more stern like behaving typically like them! Hahahahhaaas.
We get to the head and body of the Merlion. Its cool. It was already around 7.40 and the Musical Fountain Show located beneath us was just about to start. We managed to catch a glimpse of the show. Phew..! Before ending the day, we insert a lucky gold coin into the mouths of Mercubs and bring home a Pewter Keyring.
Thanks, Thanks, Thanks a million. :-p
